Upcoming Changes to the 2019 Honda Pilot and the 2019 Honda HR-V

With the announcement of two SUVs receiving several upgrades, the Honda 2019 vehicle line-up is starting to look more and more impressive. The 2019 Honda Pilot and the 2019 Honda HR-V feature some breath-taking enhancements that will help to reform Honda's SUV roster.

In July, Honda fans will be excited to get a first-hand look at the subtle style and convenient upgrades that both of these SUVs will have. However, the fact that these two vehicles will now have state-of-the-art safety and convenient features that will come standard is what will continue to make the Pilot and HR-V remain a popular favourite.

2019 Honda Pilot

This award-winning, 8-seat SUV has many upgrades that have been made to every trim level, but the first thing you will likely notice is the more aggressive-looking exterior. The 2019 Pilot's exterior has been revamped with a new front bumper, LED headlights, thinner turn signals, and a new chrome-accented bumper. Each Pilot also comes standard with Honda Sensing technologies which come with many safety features such as lane-keeping assist and road departure mitigation.

The EX trim level received a variety of technological enhancements such as one-touch second-row seats, blind-spot information system, 8-way power driver seat, HD radio, heated front seats, and a rear cross traffic monitor.

Drivers of the new 2019 Honda Pilot will also be excited to learn that the Touring and above trim levels will feature an 8-speed automatic transmission.

2019 Honda HR-V

In order to give consumers more choices and a larger variety, Honda has given the 2019 HR-V two new trim levels: the Sport and the Touring. The exterior is also getting a fresher and more modern look by adding a more noticeable chrome grille and new LED headlights.

The new HR-V also has technology and entertainment enhancements. It now comes with variable-ratio electric power steering and an upgraded Display Audio infotainment system that features Apple CarPlay and Andriod Auto.

This year, the HR-V has also made some changes to its powertrain. Honda has decided to completely discontinue the manual transmission for the HR-V, however, they have tweaked the CVT and introduced a Real Time all-wheel drive system to the sporty, subcompact SUV.

Every year, Honda comes up with new ways to make their vehicles more innovative and versatile than any other vehicle in its class. And, with the 2019 Honda Pilot and the 2019 HR-V, Honda has proved that this year is no different.
