2015 Honda HR-V release date
Critics were disappointed with the 2015 Honda HR-V reveal at the New York Auto Show last week, as the vehicle wasn’t even presented to the show’s attendees. Instead, Honda decided to show off its one-of-a-kind robot ASIMO, and ASIMO’s newest capabilities as the elite humanoid robot.
Honda did, however, provide photos and a few details of its newest compact SUV, the 2015 Honda HR-V.
Although the actual name of the newest addition to Honda’s 2015 lineup sounds somewhat similar to a deadly virus, the HR-V will definitely not leave any of its operators with a critical ailment. The 2015 Honda HR-V release date hasn’t yet been set, but you can be sure we will carry it as soon as it’s humanly possible. (In the meantime, you can check out our other Honda vehicles to compare.) The HR-V is expected to be on sale this winter.
The 2015 Honda HR-V will look similar to the Honda Fit and use a comparable base, but will be a compact SUV smaller than the Honda CR-V.
The 2015 HR-V is expected to include technology that will outshine any of the vehicle maker’s current models, and will have the Honda-exclusive Magic Seat, which is seating that can fold completely flat for additional cargo space.
The engine is likely to be similar to the Fit’s 1.5L 4-cylinder structure. The HR-V has smooth lines that create for an easy-on-the-eyes vehicle that will likely sell to Honda’s younger audience without any problems.
The HR-V will serve as an entry point to the Honda light truck lineup, according to a press release from Honda. More details about the HR-V are expected to be released later this year. As for now, one of the only things that we really know about the HR-V is that it is clumped in the same category as the Fit, and is smaller than the CR-V.
